If you’re experiencing issues with an email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird or the email app on your smartphone or tablet it’s worth checking that you can still access your mail using webmail. I have woken up to find that I cannot access the webmail of my legacytiscali.co.uk email as it says the password is incorrect.
